Cristiano Ronaldo insists he is still happy at Manchester United and looking forward to working under new manager Erik ten Hag.
United great Ronaldo, 37, scored 24 goals in his first season back at the club after 12 years and could receive his fourth Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award on Saturday.
There have been doubts over Ronaldo's future after United failed to qualify for the Champions League, a competition Ronaldo has played in for 19 successive seasons and won five times.
Ronaldo is contracted to United until next year, with the option of an additional year. "I know he did a fantastic job for Ajax and that he's an experienced coach but we need to give him time and things need to change the way he wants," Ronaldo said. "I hope we have success of course because if you have success all of Manchester are going to have success as well.
