The town's rate has fallen again by 21pc to 291.4 per 100,000.Trafford's rate has also fallen by 21pc to 361.1 per 100,000.Earlier this week Bolton was the only borough where cases were increasing.Yet the town's rate has started to move in the right direction, albeit a slight.
