A £5,000 reward has been offered as police officers continue to investigate a robbery where an elderly woman was held at knifepoint in her own home.

The 76-year-old woman had a number of items stolen during the horrific raid at her home on Lundin Road in Crossford, Fife, on May 4, 2018.

Police launched a national television appeal for information as detectives have carried out extensive inquiries over the two years that followed.Now, a renewed plea for information has been launched exactly two years after the incident.

Officers would like to speak to a man who was spotted on CCTV at a petrol station in Greenock, Renfrewshire, in the days leading the robbery.
