Charlotte, who announced she's pregnant with her first child in August, posted a clip on her Instagram story to share her concerns as she laid in bed.
She said in the clip: “Guys, I’ve got a bit of scare, really. Little man, I just haven’t felt him properly so I might have to go and get monitored.
