Businessman behind possible Rochdale AFC purchase speaks out after MP slams 'hostile takeover'

Rochdale MP Mr Lloyd is urging the English Football League and the government to intervene in the move by Andy Curran's Morton House MGT and First Form Construction Ltd.

He has written to the EFL and sports minister Nigel Huddleston asking them to look more closely at Mr Curran and his organisation.
