Forensic officers in white boiler suits were spotted entering the property in the early hours of Wednesday morning.The death is currently being treated as unexplained but there are not thought to be any suspicious circumstances.Cops say a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 10.15pm on Tuesday, 6 July, officers were called to a property on Waterfront Avenue, Edinburgh, following the sudden death of a 34-year-old man.
