Barbers' shop hit with malicious fake reviews claiming owner is 'aggressive' and a 'psycho'

The owner of a chain of barbers' shops is reeling after her business was slated by two reviewers operating from fake accounts.

Paula Henry awoke this morning to find the Google reviews had given her Chaps Barbers shops a one-star review and had been placed in the early hours of the morning.

Her son, Oliver, 28, who works with her in the Brandlesholme, Bury, salon went online to investigate and it appeared the email accounts they originated from had been newly set up apparently to target her shop. She wrote: "Someone was very bored in the early hours last night. How sad that someone would try to damage a business we work so hard to build.
