A fraudster embezzled thousands of pounds from a candle company.Clare Cameron, 36, was even given a 25 percent share in Darceys Candles before she pocketed £5390.32 under fake names.Former Avon rep Cameron, of Cowan Crescent in Ayr, stole the monies over an 11-month period between March 1, 2018 and February 4, 2019.Ayr Sheriff Court heard the candle firm, which was set up in 2012 by director Jackie Dalziel, sells goods via sales reps who receive commission based on team sales.Cameron initially worked unpaid before being taken on and in 2015 she received ambassador title taking on other reps.Fiscal depute Miss Patrick said: “This required a system to log and record sales.“In late 2018 the owner started to become suspicious of the accused as
