Amy Schumer has been called a lot of things over the years, but the cause of a tampon shortage is a new one.While a baby formula shortage has garnered an avalanche of media coverage, another shortage has largely gone under the radar: the diminishing supply of tampons on store shelves.    Time magazine called the tampon shortage the "supply chain problem that no one's talking about." Procter & Gamble, who makes Tampax, America's most popular tampon, acknowledged the shortage but pinned the blame squarely on the "Trainwreck" star.
