dailyrecord.co.ukAlesha MacPhail has blasted a decision not to prosecute a “monster” who trolled her in the name of her daughter’s killer.Georgina Lochrane was sent messages earlier this year from a warped Instagram account posing as Aaron Campbell – the teenager who murdered her six-year-old daughter on the Isle of Bute when he was just 16.Police traced the troll - a 15-year-old boy - and said he was being investigated over the depraved account which branded the child killer a “legend”.But when Georgina penned a letter to the Children’s Reporter - who make decisions on justice relating to young offenders - she was told the matter was not to be investigated by them.Police yesterday confirmed that the case had instead been referred for Early and Effective.
