supermarket sweep' competition is back and shoppers in Scotland can now apply. The supermarket giant's popular competition has returned and customers can show off their shopping skills in an Edinburgh store.

The competition will give one lucky shopper the opportunity to do a five-minute dash in store and take home all the products they can grab in that time, Edinburgh Live reports.

The cash value of the trolley will then being donated to a local foodbank.The sweep will be run according to the current Covid-19 guidelines and the shopper will also be giving three Scottish products that they need to find in store.If it is successful Aldi will then double the cash donation to the foodbank and the shopper can also go home with a SpecialBuy item.
