evoke.ieWhile Toy show superstar Adam King has been keeping the nation’s spirits up with his virtual hugs this year, it was his turn to receive some of his own after his most recent injury.
Members of the public were only too happy to step in to cheer him up after his Easter weekend saw him head back to hospital.
Adam, who lives with a form of brittle bones, fractured his femur and needs to wear a cast for the next while. When the word broke that he was unwell, he was flooded with calls and cards from the nation that wanted to send him a virtual hug right back.
