The incident happened at around 12.30pm yesterday on Spring Rise in Shaw, Oldham. Police were called to reports of a collision between an empty car and a 35-year-old woman.

She remains there in a serious condition. Several police vehicles were pictured stationed on Spring Rise after the incident yesterday.
