The Premier League has confirmed that Wolves vs Manchester City will go ahead as scheduled. The whole football pyramid from the Premier League down to even children's football was suspended last weekend as a mark of respect following the passing of Queen Elizabeth II on Thursday.

City were supposed to face off in a blockbuster clash against Tottenham but the match will now be played at a later date which has not yet been determined.

Three matchess have been postponed for this coming weekend due to a shortage of available police officers ahead of the Queen's funeral on Monday, September 19.

Manchester United versus Leeds, Chelsea versus Liverpool and Brighton versus Crystal Palace (which was already postponed due to train strikers and will remain so) are the games that won't be played.
