‘We could put ourselves back in jeopardy’: Caution urged in borough with Greater Manchester's lowest infection rate

As of March 29, the area currently has an infection rate of just 55.6 cases per 100,000 people. It is the lowest in the city region, with Bury next lowest at 67 per 100,000, although has crept up slightly to just over the national average.
