The Mongans and their associates are said to have made hundreds of thousands of pounds in recent weeks, leaving a trail of misery on their wake.It comes after the animal charity was inundated by complaints from people who spent more than £1000 on dogs, only to be hit with huge vet bills then the loss of their pet.

The Record revealed how Irish sellers concocted wild stories to avoid having to present pups with their mothers in family homes.
