Vasilis Barkas is set to be handed the chance to prove he’s not a £5m misfit before the end of his first nightmare season in Scotland.
Stand-in boss John Kennedy confirmed on Tuesday that the Greek keeper will be thrown back into the firing line tonight against St Johnstone after a finger injury KO’d recent first choice Scott Bain.
Barkas has been blamed for much of Celtic’s struggles this season following his big money summer arrival from AEK Athens.
