Joshua Hughes was last seen in the Rossall Terrace area of Blackburn on Monday evening (May 10). There have been no sightings of the 28-year-old since then, Lancs Live reports.
However, officers said his Citroen C3 was spotted on Earcroft Way, Darwen, just before 12.50am today (May 13). Joshua, who has links to Blackburn and Bolton, is white, 5ft 8ins, of a slim build, with shaven dark blonde hair, and a short blonde and ginger beard.
