Schofield gained national attention working for the BBC, first as a continuity presenter for Children's BBC on weekdays from 1985 to 1987, then as a presenter on the children's Saturday morning magazine show Going Live! between September 1987 and April 1993.

This is the moment a TV presenter fell asleep during the Queen's lengthy funeral service yesterday afternoon. Allison Langdon, who works on the Australian Nine network, was caught on camera by her colleagues as she decided to have a little nap.

The presenter then shared the snap on her Instagram which shows her in a studio outside Buckingham Palace, with her head resting on what appears to be brown blanket on a table.

The caption reads: "Hour 14.
