You can progress up through the levels and this workout should give you a full body workout.Alan says: “Try to focus on good form rather than rushing the exercises to get through the reps.”Workout : 20 min timer Level 1 – 10 reps / - Level 2 – 15 reps / - Level 3 – 20 repsPress ups - Incline or flat Place hands underneath the shoulders and lower yourself to the floor slowly.
Push through the heel of the hands to come back up. Don’t let your elbows flare forward. Can also be done on the knees – but be careful to keep hips low and in line with the rest of the body.
