A violent man with more than 60 previous convictions for 133 offences to his name stabbed his housemate in the neck and kicked his head ‘like a football’.
Colin Andrews was wielding an eight-inch knife when he ‘kicked open the door’ to his housemate's room in the shared home in Buckhurst Road, Levenshulme, Manchester Crown Square heard.
He launched a 'severe' attack, which his victim miraculously escaped with minor injuries that only required glue and stitches to treat.
