The rise and rise of the dramatic eyeliner look – and how to embrace it yourself

The rise of attention-seeking eyeliner has been fuelled by the A-list. Rihanna has favoured a slash of tomato-red pencil, while the cast of Euphoria have been showcasing a series of sublime looks on the red carpet, bringing the show's scene-stealing beauty fantasies out from the small screen.
