Supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Aldi have issued important recalls on certain products including toys, books and cat food.
Some items have been found to be potentially dangerous or contain undeclared ingredients including milk. One of the products that has been pulled from shelves includes a children’s book sold at Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda over fears tots could choke on it.
Cat food sold at Sainsbury’s and Pets at Home has also been recalled because it could make pets seriously ill. When a product has been recalled, you should be able to return it to the place you purchased it, or the manufacturer, for a full refund. In most cases, you do not need to have your receipt to get your money back.
