Tamzin Outhwaite says youngest daughter sobs for biological dad

Tamzin Outhwaite has revealed that her youngest daughter gets very upset as she is missing her biological father - but her partner is the "dream stepdad" to her kids.

The former EastEnders star has two daughters Florence, 13, and Marnie, 9, with ex-husband Tom Ellis. She split from the 43-year-old Lucifer actor in 2014, who has now remarried to American screenwriter Meaghan Oppenheimer, while Tamzin is in a new relationship.The 51-year-old has said that her daughter Marnie is really struggling with being apart from her father.But while Marnie does miss her dad, Tamzin praised her current partner Tom Child, 31, for all of his help with her daughter.

The actress took to social media to sing his praises as he had helped her around the house while her youngest daughter has been unwell.

She wrote: "Gratitude tweet. My youngest is ill. My schedule has been manic. My love has done school runs, vet visits, made dinner, packed lunches, cleaned, dog walks, taken the car to mechanics, & generally lightened my load to the max, all with kindness & a smile. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork"She added: "For those saying “that’s a normal day” or “what every man does”, he also moved to the spare room so I can sleep with my 9 yr old to check her temp & give her meds.
