Stranded residents an oil rich Middle Eastern country have been rescued in special emergency flights from Glasgow Airport.Kuwaiti nationals were picked up in three massive planes this week due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.The Kuwait Airways planes had been spotted at the Scots hub this week and pictures shared online.Now it had emerged that the three repatriation flights this week have departed from the Scots hub bound for Kuwait City.The three Kuwait Airways Boeing 777s, which can carry up to 368 passengers each, left for the Gulf on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.Before the Coronavirus crisis Glasgow did not run charters to the country and Kuwait Airways didn't operate there.Online, locals commented on the rare sight in the Glasgow
