STEPHEN Bear has been condemned by ad authorities for faking a $100,000 Twitter competition, allegedly won by his girlfriend, which outraged loyal fans.

This is the second time the reality star has been rapped by the Advertising Standards Authority for a hoax freebie after he enticed people to sign up for his YouTube Channel to win £10,000.

Fans complained after Bear tweeted the $100,000 giveaway on 25 August last year, posting: “I will be giving away $100,000 in 24 hours.
