There's no denying that Joe Wicks has done an amazing job helping our children stay healthy, but kids have been getting excited with another form of exercise.

Fitness videos showing Star Wars and Marvel characters getting active have been going down a storm with kids as families look for other ways to keep kids healthy.

Featuring all their favourite characters and superheroes - from Luke Skywalker and Kylo Ren to Spider-Man and Captain America - they are the brainchild of personal trainer Glenn Higgins.

Created using a green screen in his fitness studio, it started out as a bit of light-hearted fun amid the release of the new batch of Star Wars films a couple of years ago.
