Single Scots mum slams hotel after stay leaves kids covered in bedbug bites as 'dozens' of insects spotted in sheets

dailyrecord.co.ukA mum has launched a legal action against worldwide hotel chain Hilton after claiming she and her children were left covered in bedbug bites.
The single parent splashed out £130 for a luxury night at a five-star hotel as a Christmas present for her 14-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter.
However, hours after they arrived, she claims she discovered “dozens” of black insects in the bed sheets.She also alleges a sheet her daughter had been sleeping on was marked with blood as she had crushed some of the insects while she slept.
