I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! finalist Simon Gregson has vowed to "keep the weight off" that he lost during his stint on the ITV show.

During OK!’s exclusive festive shoot and interview alongside his family after his Castle exit, Coronation Street star Simon revealed that he had dropped more than a stone thanks to the rice and beans diet.

Now, since leaving the camp, the 47 year old – who enjoyed a reunion with wife Emma, 38, and their sons Alfie, 14, Harry, 12, and five-year-old Henry – wants to embark on a healthier lifestyle into the New Year.
