The former Towie star, 34, was all smiles as he enjoyed the pastry treats while staying at the luxury Roslin Beach hotel in Southend-on-Sea.
James shed a whopping 13 stone after undergoing a gastric sleeve operation in April 2021. But since then he has vowed to gain back some weight after going too far the other way.
