Shameless fly-tipper caught on camera dumping van load of rubbish outside house

Council chiefs are now investigating in the incident in Crumpsall. CCTV shows the van, owned by building supply firm Graham - the Plumbing Merchant, reverse along a lane between houses on Hazelbottom Road.
A man in a high-viz vest then gets out and dumps a load of cardboard in the street, before jogging back to the cab and driving off. The incident took place at about 3.30pm on September 5. The neighbour whose CCTV caught the fly-tipper in action said: "It's disgusting.
