A sex pest who offered a woman £70 if she took off her high heels has failed in his appeal to remove any sexual motive from his crimes.

Bupinder Dhaliwal was convicted in May last year of behaving in a threatening manner towards his victim at an Asda supermarket in Bearsden.

He spotted his shocked target in the store on April 12 2019, following her around after he saw her removing her feet from her high heeled shoes.

He then approached her and told her he found the act "sexy", offering her £70 to do it again in the car park for his gratification.
