A young boy has been rushed to hospital after being hit by a car in Aberdeen. Emergency services were called to the scene on Great Western Road at around 4.30pm on Tuesday, October 2.

Police have confirmed that an 11-year-old child has been taken to hospital by ambulance for treatment.
