Ryanair named worst airline for flight refunds in new Which? travel survey

dailyrecord.co.ukA new survey has found that four out of five Ryanair passengers who requested a cash refund after their flight was cancelled during the coronavirus pandemic are still waiting for their money.
Which? surveyed 1,632 UK adults who had accepted or applied for a refund after having a flight cancelled between mid March and early May.
The poll Indicated that some 84 per cent of customers have not had their money returned and only 5 per cent have received a refund within the seven-day legal time limit
