The Royal Mail is set to make changes to its services next week as it continues to navigate the coronavirus pandemic. Bosses said last month that they are working hard to deliver letters and parcels to people in every part of the country and introduced social distancing measures to protect staff and members of the public.
But now the courier company is making a number of changes "to protect the health and safety of our people and the general public".
