Ricky Gervais
Ricky Dene Gervais (born 25 June 1961) is an English stand-up comedian, actor, writer, film producer, director and musician. He is perhaps best known for creating, writing and acting in the British television series The Office (2001–2003). He has won seven BAFTA Awards, five British Comedy Awards, two Emmy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards and the Rose d'Or twice (2006 and 2019), as well as a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. Ricky Gervais has joked that people should be fighting over booze instead of toilet paper during coronavirus lockdown. Appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon via video link, Ricky revealed he would give up his last loo roll for a bottle of beer.

Quizzed on whether the comic was prepared for lockdown with a fully stocked house, Ricky said: "I've always got enough booze in the house for a nuclear winter. "So that wasn't any different and we have our shopping delivered. "As long as I've got booze, I don't care about toilet paper. "Honestly, I would swap my last toilet roll for a bottle of beer if I didn't have anything in. "There's no substitute for beer and wine, but you know there's books, there's grass... "People don't have.
