Several people were seen fleeing from a street close to Millennium Park at around 1.36am on Tuesday morning (July 27), police say.
Investigators say there is ‘no evidence’ to suggest anyone was injured, or that a firearm was discharged. However a forensics officer has marked out an area on Barleycroft Street with evidence markers.
The incident comes just 24 hours after police carried out door-to-door enquiries in the same area, one neighbour told the M.E.N.
