Now, the full statement from his victim has been released. The 35-year-old Drake & Josh actor previously plead not guilty to the charges, but he allegedly agreed to a plea deal during a virtual court appearance a few weeks ago.
The alleged incident reportedly took place on December 1, 2017 when he was scheduled to perform at a club in Cleveland. Drake plead guilty to attempted endangering children, a fourth-degree felony, and a misdemeanor charge of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles.
The victim has alleged that Drake groomed her from the age of 12 and that he sexually assaulted her at age 15.
