Ibrox disaster memorial as they mark the 50th anniversary of the tragedy. 66 supporters never returned home from a match with Celtic on January 2 1971 after a deadly crush on Stairway 13 at the end of the game.
The current pandemic means the club have had to scale back plans for memorial events but they will hold a small service before the Scottish Premiership game with Celtic tomorrow.
The club said in a statement: "Tomorrow is the 50th Anniversary of the 1971 Ibrox Disaster - a day which changed Rangers Football Club and Scottish Football forever."It is with great sadness that the Covid-19 pandemic has prevented us from being able to hold a full, traditional service to commemorate the anniversary."Before the impact of the pandemic took.
