A public toilet block was ‘flushed’ with bids at an auction earlier this week - selling for more than three times the guided price.

Manchester-based Pugh Auctions had valued the vacant public convenience, belonging to a Cheshire village, at £10,000 but sold for a whopping £32,000 during an online auction.
