Prince William and Kate Middleton are facing “their duties as equal partners”, a royal expert has claimed. On Tuesday 20 November, the pair were all smiles when they joined other members of the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace to view artefacts from the Royal Collection alongside President Yoon Suk Yeol as part of the South Korean president’s state visit to the UK.

As they admired the artefacts, a video posted to social media showed the Prince and Princess of Wales, both 41, sharing a rare PDA moment together, with Prince William placing his hand on his wife's back, while Kate reciprocated the romantic gesture.

Speaking exclusively to OK!, royal expert Jennie Bond has said that their recent engagement is yet another example of how Prince William and Kate “are a team” in their work and in their relationship. “Kate is clearly very much at ease, and in love, with her husband.They are such a glamorous couple, relaxed and relatable — and becoming more and more popular.

I like the fact that they feel free enough to show their love in public,” she said. “These state occasions must be quite an ordeal sometimes, but William and Catherine constantly show that they are there for one another, they are a team. “A little look, a smile, a touch of the hands or a comforting arm around the back - all signs that they are facing their duties and destiny together as equal partners.” The former BBC royal correspondent added that Prince William and Kate’s teamwork is something that William’s late mother Princess Diana believed that she and King Charlles III could’ve achieved. “Diana always used to tell me that she and Charles ‘would have made such a great team’,” Jennie added. “Well, her son is now very definitely part of a secure, stable.
