Police stop and seize Bentley worth £170k on Deansgate

Officers said they initially stopped the white Bentley Continental GT Convertible on Deansgate as it was showing as being declared 'off the road.' And after speaking to the driver, they said they "could not show they insured to drive the vehicle." As a result it was seized.

Whilst the driver is to be reported for driving without insurance. Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act means officers can sieze a vehicle if they have "reasonable grounds to believe that the driver was uninsured or was not driving in accordance with their driving licence." The
