Mozzarella Ltd, who operate a wood-fired oven, kosher Italian pizza outlet on Kings Road, Sedgley Park, applied to Bury Council for permission to be able to sell alcohol for the first time.
The application from owner Mr Benyamin Katzav, was for a licence to sell alcohol at the restaurant until 11pm, seven days per week and to open for food until 11.30pm each night and 1.30am on Saturdays.
