Pet dog found with fractured ribs after being hurled over fence by owner

A pet dog was found with a series of rib fractures after his cruel owner threw him over a fence, a court heard. The injured Shar Pei, Teddy, was taken to the RSPCA's Greater Manchester Animal Hospital for treatment after his owner, Thomas Trinkl, 28, threw him over a fence in October last year.

During a veterinary examination Teddy was found to have three rib fractures - which had been untreated for at least two to three weeks - and a more recent rib fracture, NorthWalesLive has reported.
