Winter can be a difficult time to stay motivated to keep fit. It's no secret that when the dark nights draw in more quickly and grisly weather stands in the way of feeling excited to get outside and exercise, many of us find ourselves moving our bodies less in favour of retiring to the sofa to get cosy and enjoy a movie on Netflix.
