Nikki Grahame's cause of death has been confirmed as anorexia. A doctor has recorded the cause of the late 'Big Brother' star's passing as anorexia nervosa, an eating disorder characterised by weight loss, so an inquest will not be required.

Nikki died last month aged 38 following a long battle with the eating disorder, and her death has sparked a "full internal investigation" at Dorset County Hospital, where she spent three weeks.

A spokeswoman for Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust recently said: "Staff at the Trust were deeply saddened to learn of the death of Miss Grahame, and our thoughts are with the family and friends of Miss Grahame at this very difficult time.
