Bury, ordered the bespoke gift for her seven-month old daughter Phoebe's first Christmas. The teddy, made by a specialist business in Barry, South Wales, was made up of the first clothes baby Phoebe ever wore, and designed to be the exact weight she was when she was born.
It also contained a heart, made up of the clothing, which had a recording of the tot's actual tiny heart beat, CoventryLive reports.
However, the item went missing in transit while being couriered by Hermes. Its last recorded location was the company's sorting hub in Rugby, Warwickshire.When chased by Hannah, Hermes told her it had been lost, and advised her to re-order the item.
