Megan said they are the best at "masking their mental health" - just like she was in the pic taken from a two-year-old video.
It shows the Love Island 2018 star posing for makeup artist Emma Chloe, looking at the camera then glancing down. She wrote: "I saw this video come up from two years ago, I didn't even recognise myself.
I mean my makeup looks insane. And obviously it's me but I look so sad and broken. So I wanted to share two things with you "1) people put on a front.
