Massive haul of guns and bullets handed to Scots cops during amnesty campaign

More than 300 firearms have been removed from the streets during a gun amnesty campaign by Police Scotland. The unlicensed weapons included shotguns, BB guns, air weapons and imitation firearms alongside 80 lots of ammunition.

Members of the public were urged to surrender the guns to police stations across the country during the UK-wide campaign.
