Leon Ball, 45, was said to have found the coronavirus pandemic very difficult as he attempted to fight his long standing issues with alcohol misuse.
An inquest at Stockport Coroner’s Court heard how Mr Ball, a former care home worker, had been trying to get help with his alcoholism with the support of his devoted friends and family.
